Yes — Remedial Massage appointments are claimable with most major health funds.
Please note: Swedish/Relaxation massages are not claimable with every health fund.
As every policy is different, it’s always best to check directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover and any limits that may apply.

At this stage, we don’t offer on-the-spot claiming, but I will provide you with a digital invoice/receipt containing all  of the details that your health fund requires.
You can simply submit it online through your insurer’s app or portal.

For your initial appointment, we highly recommend a 90-minute session. If you have a more complex presentation — for example chronic pain, multiple injury areas, long-term tension, or if you haven’t had treatment in a long time — a 120-minute initial appointment is ideal.

It allows us to thoroughly assess, treat multiple areas, and create a more tailored plan without feeling rushed. This allows plenty of time for a thorough health discussion, assessment, and a longer hands-on treatment.

Your first visit includes:

• A comprehensive discussion of your health history
• Postural / movement assessment
• Identifying underlying causes of pain or dysfunction
• A full remedial treatment session
   

Booking 90 minutes allows more hands-on treatment time after the assessment.
Many clients find that a longer first session helps reduce pain sooner and provides a far more complete treatment.

No — 60 minutes is available, but you may get less treatment time, as your assessment is included within the session length.
